If you start to follow my blog, you’re going to hear me tout the benefits of Chinese Medicine a lot. There are essentially three reasons for that. (1) I am an acupuncturist who has studied the tradition of Chinese Medicine deeply for a long time. It is the medical theory that makes the most sense to me and I want to share as much as I can of this elegant practice with you. (2) Chinese Medicine is rooted in the patterns of nature that we are apart of. For as much as we manipulate our surroundings, at the end of the day, we are all children of this planet and are connected to it in perceptible and imperceptible ways. Chinese Medical Theory helps guide us during our journey on Earth. (3) Chinese Medicine and Herbal Medicine is designed to be a medicine for the people. It is meant to be affordable. It is meant to be accessible. The knowledge of how to heal yourself and how to keep your kids healthy is your birthright and something that modern medical practices have taken away from us. My goal is to give that back to you.
